Gill Caleary Coaching is a trading name of Out Fox Commercial Thinking Ltd, my consultancy business.
By agreeing to and commissioning coaching for yourself, another individual or as a representative of an organisation on behalf of an individual, you are entering into a contract with Gill Caleary Coaching.
When entering a contract, that is, commissioning coaching, consultancy, or services, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the contract. These together with the privacy policy govern the relationship between yourself and Gill Caleary Coaching. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website or enter into a contract.
Contracting:
Price
The price is the price agreed at the Chemistry Session or on the website at the point of contracting, this applies to individual session or block bookings regardless of when sessions are used.
Price is subject to change at any time
Payments
A payment invoice will be sent to the client via email for the full amount, with payment details, for immediate payment.
Please use the invoice number, first initial and surname as reference e.g. 10234BDavies.
Payment is made by the client in advance of the coaching session, programme/block booking of sessions or consultancy.
Coaching will not commence until payment is received. This could mean a booking is forfeited if payment is not made in advance or the scheduled appointment.
Payments are to be made by bank transfer, in sufficient time to be received prior to the scheduled booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please allow as much notice as possible.
You must telephone Gill or send a text message to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedule requests with less than 48 hours’ from the start of the scheduled appointment will be charged for at the full value of the session.
Expiry
There is no expiry date on coaching sessions within a block-booking/programme; they remain valid indefinitely. Unused sessions will not be refunded under any circumstances. Single booked sessions not attended will be considered cancelled, not able to be rescheduled or refunded.
