How it works:

Gill Caleary Coaching is a trading name associated to Gill’s parent consultancy Out Fox Commercial Thinking Ltd.  When you get in touch with Gill at Gill Caleary Coaching either via a private email, social media or via this website, you need to leave your name, telephone number and email address.  This is the only personal data you need to provide to strike up a conversation and begin coaching or discussion about any other work.  

Corporate Work

If things go well and we decide to work together there will be a robust agreement between you and Gill at Gill Caleary Coaching.  To create a quote, invoice or contract, you will have to share additional info such as Registered Address, VAT No and Company No.  Gill will need the email address and telephone numbers of employees she will be coaching.  When we work together your private business information is exactly that – private!  You can share files with Gill in any way you feel comfortable and secure, knowing there is strong confidentiality agreement, and that sensitive data is stored securely. Trust is the most important part of our working relationship and Gill takes it very seriously.  

When our project has come to an end Gill will securely destroy all the data and information you have sent or shared or return it to you if you wish.  It will be completely wiped from all electronic equipment and shredded if in hard copy.  There are some things such as agreements and invoices that need to be kept for 6 years to comply with accountancy practices, but this data is very minimal and limited to business name, address, VAT No, Company No, email and telephone number.

Private Work

The only information I need is your name, email address and telephone number.  If we haven’t worked together again for 18 moths, Gill delete this information from her files.

Communication

This is normally via telephone calls, email, text and WhatsApp and of course face to face.

Newsletters, Sign Ups and Accounts

From time to time Gill Caleary Coaching may create a newsletter that you can subscribe to; you can opt out / unsubscribe at any time.

If you purchase a course or event through the website you will have to create an account; you can opt in or out of receiving any newsletters or information on upcoming courses. You can unsubscribe at anytime.

Payments are online handled through squarespace payments directly who process your payment information in line with their own payment policies and privacy policy.

Gill Caleary Coaching never share your details with anyone outside of the Company unless you have specifically asked her to.  If an external party asks for any of your contact details or an introduction, Gill will always ask for your permission to pass them on and/or facilitate an introduction in a way that is respectful to both parties. We always respect your decision. Safety and confidentiality are a priority.

There are no third party advertisers or paid adverts on this website.

Invoicing

All invoicing will come from Out Fox Commercial Thinking which is the financial hub of the business.  Invoices will be clearly identified as Gill Caleary Coaching with clear payment terms. If work requires a quote it will include a Brief and Terms & Conditions.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Gill sometimes uses AI tools (like ChatGPT) to support her work behind the scenes – for example, to spot themes in anonymised data, structure large chunks of information, or refine the tone and clarity of written content such as blogs or social media posts.

AI is never used during coaching sessions or to make decisions about anyone.

Coaching Supervision

Gill has her own coach, a coaching supervisor and attends a closed group coaching supervision group. This is a space for Gill to develop and grow her own practice. It is a space to discuss coaching cases from her own personal perspective. Clients names and anything that may identify of distinguish them are NEVER revealed or asked for. The coaching supervision process is retrospective and reflective and never in real time. Client sessions are confidential, always.

Any use of AI is simply a creative or organisational assistant – never a substitute for human intuition, presence, or professional coaching judgment.

This website, its content (including blogs, posts, videos, and downloads and the likes), and any external posts by Gill are offered for general information and educational purposes only.

Although Gill is a professionally qualified and accredited coach, she is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or medical professional.
